representa pa Srs. Rene Kan, Justus Martens y Milton Berlinski. E transaccion di cual tres
institucion financiero a forma parti aden ta pa un suma di Afl. 182.5 miyon florin su
equivalente na US dollar, a wordo lidera pa AIB BANK N.V. den su rol como Mandated Lead
Arranger, financiador y Agente.

AIB Bank N.V. is pleased to announce that on Saturday May 25, 2019, it successfully concluded the refinancing of the prestigious Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino for its shareholders, led by the Aruba Growth Fund and represented by Messrs. Rene Kan, Justus Martens and Milton Berlinski. The transaction of USD 101.4 million was underwritten by three local financial institutions led by AIB Bank N.V. as Mandated Lead Arranger, Lender and Agent Bank.

AIB Bank N.V. is grateful for the confidence entrusted to it by Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino and is pleased to have such an important contributor to our tourism and

hotel industry form part of AIB’s portfolio. This is a historical and important transaction for local banks in Aruba and we are proud to be part of it.
